  • Friday, October 25, 2013 BRAVO AND OXYGEN MEDIA DELIVERED RECORD-BREAKING WEDNESDAY

     Oxygen delivered its best Wednesday primetime ever with P18-49 driven by a new episode of “Preachers of L.A.,” which was the network’s highest-rated episode of the series among all key demos, delivering 1.2 million total viewers, 634,000 P18-49, 415,000 F18-49 and 221,000 F18-34, according to Nielsen. Last night’s episode was up double-digits among total viewers (13 percent) and F18-34 (13 percent), compared to the previous week’s episode.  In the 10pm hour, Oxygen was the #5 cable network among F18-49 and #6 among F18-34 and P18-49.

    “Preachers of L.A.” was the #2 most social cable reality program and #3 most social reality program in primetime with #PreachersofLA and #BishopJones trending in the U.S. on Twitter during the premiere.  The series has garnered over one million full episode streams and over three million page views since the launch of the show site (6/27/13).

  • Thursday, October 10, 2013 OXYGEN’S “PREACHERS OF L.A.” DELIVERS 1.1 MILLION VIEWERS - STRONGEST WEDNESDAY PREMIERE IN NETWORK HISTORY

    The series premiere of Oxygen’s much anticipated new docu-series, "Preachers of L.A." delivered 1.1 million total viewers, 529,000 P18-49 and 378,000 F18-49, which marks the network’s strongest Wednesday season premiere ever according to Nielsen.  Last night’s episode delivered Oxygen’s second highest rated series premiere in network history among F25-54 (426,000).  In the 10pm hour, Oxygen was the #5 cable network among F25-54 and compared to the prior four week time period average, the series premiere saw triple digit growth, up 282 percent in total viewers, 215 percent among P18-49 and 178 percent among F18-49.

    Oxygen Media further delves into the tattoo genre with the pick-up of “Tattoos After Dark,” chronicling the outrageous antics that take place during the night shifts at two popular tattoo shops in Los Angeles.  From the producers of “Jersey Shore,” “Tattoos After Dark” is scheduled to premiere in January 2014 with 12 half-hour episodes.  This latest greenlight comes on the heels of the success of Oxygen’s hit tattoo competition series “Best Ink,” which returns for season three in December.  Distributed by NBCUniversal, the format for “Tattoos After Dark” will be featured at MIPCOM this week.
